What you’ll help with
This is a versatile, all-around shop role. You’ll be involved in:
- Building and wiring industrial control panels.
- Light welding and fabrication.
- Mechanical assembly.
- Shop organization and cleaning.
- Helping prepare equipment for shipment and installation.
- Assisting wherever needed to keep projects moving.
Every day is different, and you’ll gain skills across electrical, mechanical, and fabrication work.
What we’re looking for:
We want someone who:
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Is dependable and shows up ready to work.
- Enjoys learning new skills and solving problems.
- Is comfortable using hand and power tools (basic experience preferred).
- Works well with a small team.
- Takes pride in doing quality work.
Experience is a plus — but not required.
