We are a fast-growing industrial service company looking for a hands-on Field Service / Installation Engineer to join our team.

This is not a desk job. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and seeing a project through from installation to startup. Our field engineers work on industrial machinery and equipment at customer facilities throughout the region and across the country.

What You'll Do:
  • Install and commission industrial machinery.
  • Perform mechanical and electrical installation and troubleshooting.
  • Assist with machine rigging, equipment moves, and positioning.
  • Perform millwright and industrial maintenance work.
  • Install and troubleshoot electrical components, wiring, sensors, motors, and controls.
  • Read and work from electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and layouts.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and help identify and resolve problems in the field.
  • Work alongside electricians, millwrights, controls engineers, and other technicians.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and represent our company on job sites.
  • Travel to customer facilities for installations, service calls, and projects.

What We're Looking For:
We're looking for a problem solver and a doer. You don't have to know everything, but you need to be willing to learn, figure things out, and get the job done.

Ideal candidates will have experience with:
  • Industrial machinery installation.
  • Electrical installation and troubleshooting.
  • Mechanical assembly and machinery installation.
  • Millwright work.
  • Industrial maintenance.
  • Rigging and equipment moves.
  • Reading electrical and mechanical drawings.
  • Industrial automation or manufacturing equipment.

Requirements:
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
  • Hands-on industrial experience.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and work independently.
  • Good communication and customer-service skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Must be willing and able to travel extensively and be away from home for extended periods.
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and varying schedules when projects require it.
  • Ability to safely lift, climb, work from ladders/platforms, and perform physical industrial work.
